For ease of installation, these valves can be welded directly to the underside (bottom) of a process tanks by matching the materials of construction. Our Quick Dump Valves are highly configurable, and are available equipped with either O-Ring Seats or Domed Hard Seats. The Domed Hard Seat design prevents build up of liquid media on the valve piston, and allows for a slight trickle of fluid. This plunger-style valve is very compact, and can be configured as an Air-to-Open/Spring-to-Close, or an Air-to-Open/Air-to-Close actuation.
